Precision Paint Pros provides residential and commercial painting services, drywall repair, and deck restoration. All estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Estimates and Unforeseen Issues

Any quote or estimate provided by Precision Paint Pros is based on the initial visual inspection. If unforeseen issues arise (e.g., severe water damage, structural rot) during the execution of the work, we reserve the right to revise the estimate. Payment terms will be specified in the final contract.

4. User Responsibilities

Clients are expected to ensure the work area is accessible and free of fragile or valuable items before our crew arrives. Precision Paint Pros is not responsible for damage to items left in the immediate work area.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand by the quality of our work. Specific warranties for labor and materials will be outlined in your individual contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by natural disasters, structural shifts, or abnormal wear and tear.
